Not so right if you want to get your day off to a gentle, more balanced start that will give you a steady, focused energy throughout the morning. Camilla demonstrates a step-by-step 5-minute "wake-up" routine with stretches and breathing - a perfect transition from sleep to waking - before you even pull the covers back and your feet hit the ground. For breakfast, Melissa prepares a quick and easy "Quinoa Protein Brekkie Bowl" that has all the right ingredients to satisfy your palette and your nutritional needs (quinoa is known as a "superfood") for the morning. It's going to be a beautiful day!

Good! I love quinoa and do a similar breakfast often ... adding the wake up routine sounds like a good idea. I will try it. No promise that I will leave the coffee behind (yet), but I will postpone it for a while!
