Reap What You Know
Strawberry Quinoa Salad & Breath of Fire
Not too many of us live on farms these days, but harvesting still has much meaning in the way we sow seeds in our lives, with the intention to foster health and happiness. The seeds you plant, the tools you use to cultivate them and the time and effort you put in to nurture the habits of well-being are all essential. One vital factor is to have a strong circulatory system and blood that is rich in oxygen to carry the life force to all the organs of your body. Diet and yoga are two very effective ways to cleanse the blood.
In this Food & Flow episode, Melissa puts together some unlikely ingredients (quinoa, strawberries and avocado) to make a perfect autumn salad with just the right amount of substance and freshness. In the yoga segment, Camilla takes you step-by-step through the Kundalini breathing technique, Breath of Fire, which will energize and purify your system. Sow these positive seeds and you're sure to harvest a bushel of good health!

Awesome video, can't wait to try BOTH! Such a great balance of necessary food elements in that salad, with the quinoa protein, fat in the avocado, etc... John Hays
