Meditation for Habituation
Habits can serve and elevate you or they can derail and destroy you. The one thing we all know is that it’s always challenging to install new, healthy habits and even more challenging to be rid of those practices that drag us down. This meditation is specifically for assisting you in moving past the addictions you have in your life—whether it be to alcohol, tobacco, food, drugs or subconscious addictions to acceptance, advancement, rejection, emotional love, etc.
Make practicing this meditation for 5-7 minutes your priority for 40 days and you will find that your true radiance will start to emerge and your old, negative habits will be left in the dust. You'll be free yourself to be yourself!
