Tempeh Tacos & Yoga Energy Tips
We're all looking for ways to stretch our energy bandwidth just a little more these days. There's always more to do and see and give -- but the pace of life today offers a tremendous challenge to keep up with everything swirling around us and to not burn out in the process. Healthy sources of energy, those that offer vitality to boost you up and sustains you for the long run offer the best solutions. Plant-based, organic foods prepared, served and eaten with conscious intention are a vital source of good energy. Add in a consistent yoga routine, which includes pranayam, stretching and some cardio and you'll be set to go-go-go with a smile on your face and plenty of reserve to spare.
