Meditation for Headaches
There are literally thousands of remedies for headaches, from pharmaceuticals to herbal remedies, to massage and acupuncture techniques. There's no one answer to the pain and debilitating effects that a headache can produce, but going the route of using a natural and easily accessible technique has got to be one of the best ways to go. Here's a meditation you can use even if you're stranded on a desert island, without a bottle of aspirin in site.
Whether you're an occasional or long-time headache sufferer, you'll want to sit down and practice this easy-to-do, Meditation for Headaches the next time you feel one coming on. Please share it with friends, family and co-workers, who either have headaches or simply want to "clear their head" and feel great. For optimum results do the meditation for a minimum of 11 minutes.
