Archer Pose Demonstrated

Archer Pose is one of the foundational Kundalini Yoga exercises. With regular practice of this pose you will strengthen your nervous system, as well as enhance focus and a steady, centered state of mind. Archer Pose is included as a part of many Kundalini kriyas and it can also be practiced as a stand-alone exercise with either long deep breathing or breath of fire. Start with 1-3 minutes on each side and build up the time as you gain strength and stamina.
