tell us about it
We at Yogamint are all about the virtue of humility, but if you want to brag a bit about how one of our mints lightened your load or furthered your horizons, who are we to deny you the pleasure? Of course, we love it too and even go so far as to encourage you to contact us with your short, but definitely sweet, testimonial. Go ahead, it might be just what someone else needs to hear in this moment.

Around the Globe
I'd like to congratulate and thank the Yogamint team for their great website. I personally like the way you at Yogamint make serious stuff (mostly from ancient teachings and wisdom) so simple and accessible for modern minds to grasp and enjoy the read! It takes great understanding of these ancient concepts and writing talent to achieve this and to appreciate your effort: reaching out and sharing those teachings with people from around the globe from a huge range of diversity in terms of culture and background. BRAVO! Keep up with this job so we can enjoy it- THANK YOU!

Clearing the Lens
I loved your article called The Best Present and the idea of writing things down or, as some call it, keeping a 'gratitude journal.' I decided to ponder how I would implement this into my life. As I was walking the dog and thinking about my list-to-be I noticed that without really knowing it, I had started being grateful: Grateful to be able to stretch my legs, to be able to walk and to even own a dog. Your article was short, but very sweet, and it helped me to see the positive in every little thing that happens to us even if it's just the feeling of being overwhelmed with day to day challenges. Thank you for the reminder to 'clear my lens'! I believe that most of us, if not all, need that reminder now and again!

Breath as a Balloon
This image has really helped me this week, mostly because I tend to take shallow breaths when I don’t think about it. I sing classical music, but outside of choir and voice lessons and other breath “work”, I don’t think of my breath so much. Balloons are a great image. They’re fun! I’ve been walking around this week thinking of my inner balloons. Fill them and let it out. Repeat. It’s a game. And I feel better. Thank you for this.

Taking it to the Pits
Hey, I'll get the ball rolling. I know I'm one of the Yogamint crew, but I've got a testimonial about our first mint--the one we posted on our Coming Soon page about massaging your armpit. I've been doing Kundalini Yoga for over thirty years and I'm sure I've heard this before but, as so often happens, hadn't made a habit of doing it. Well, I started massaging under my arms during my showers and noticing, even though it was a bit ouchy, how good it felt. I imagined those lymph glands jumping for joy at the attention they were getting. And the bonus in all of this is I've started to regularly take cold showers again! I always take them after my hot shower, but a real yogi takes a cold shower first thing in the morning (after massaging all over with almond oil, of course)--guaranteed to get the circulation moving and energize every bit of you. This mint really hit the refresh button for me.
