Yogi Bhajan’s treasured healing recipe provides the magic of chlorophyll and the healthy nutrients of green vegetables—great for your liver, nervous system and as a fiber-filled intestinal cleanse.

Simply steam four stalks celery, 1 bunch parsley, 4-5 medium zucchini and 1 sprig mint for 15 minutes until soft. Puree with ½ tsp. ground black pepper. Serve with cottage cheese for two servings. This easy-to-make recipe can be eaten regularly to aid digestion and give your body lots of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It’s great for clearing the skin and can be eaten as a mono-diet up to three times daily for a week to ten days. So mush to it and enjoy some Yogi Mush today.

Sounds good, but i can't have mold so no cheese of any kind or yogurt. :( Is there anything to substitute the cottage cheese with to keep the nutrition quality?

Yogic teachings include dairy products for adherents, and yogurt, ghee and some fermented cheeses are also recommended by Ayurvedic teachings, to assure balanced nutrition for yogic practitioners. The Yogi Mush mono-diet is great for losing weight and
the cottage cheese helps balance the sattvic and rajasic vibrations (so you can feel light and elevated without being too "spaced out." If you aren't able to do the cottage cheese, we would like to recommend Yogi Bhajan's Green Cleanse instead. It is a wonderful
way to give your digestion the rest and support from a mono-diet...the green food is great for your liver. Here is a link to learn about this cleanse. Thanks! http://yogamurrieta.com/node/319 -Yogamint Editor
