Mirror, Mirror
See the Real You

Chances are you look at your reflection in a mirror a half dozen times a day, while brushing your teeth, combing your hair or checking to see if your blouse goes with the skirt you just bought. Yet, how often have you taken the time to sit down in front of a mirror to see the “real” you? Have you ever really stared deeply into your own eyes? Your face tells you so much about where you’ve been in life and your outlook on the future. It’s time to get to know yourself!
Sit comfortably in front of a mirror. Look into your own face, gazing quietly and steadily. Once you have given your mind a chance to adjust, let your heart step in. Focus on yourself as if you were looking at a dear loved one (which you are). Project acceptance, gratitude and compassion to the being you see looking back at you. You are a perfect reflection of the Infinite in All. See it, believe it, relax and smile.
