Love Thy Armpit

Make Your Immune System Smile

The armpit is more that just an aroma factory. There’s vital stuff tucked up there. Beneath the skin is the meeting place of the glandular system and the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. So when you’re in the shower, lather up and scrub, rubbing deeply in the armpit area; a thorough massage awakens these bodily systems, increasing awareness, energy, immune response, and circulation.

While you’re at it, hum a tune, infusing your touch with a little love. Your body will thank you. For added benefit take a cold shower to move the lymph, which multiplies the effects exponentially. For the final TLC touch, use a natural deodorant (containing no anti-perspirants or chemicals as you need to sweat to move toxins out of the body).

Enjoying the cold showers, now I will have to add the armpit massage. I am sure it will only boost the invigorating sensation of the showers.

How do you do this massage??I have been told this is a delicate area (with all the underlying lymph nodes).
thank you
