Hop To It
Bouncing Into Bliss

How about this for a saying? "An ounce of bounce cures pounds of pounding!" You pound yourself constantly: sitting, running, standing, walking on hard surfaces. The impact leads to low back and neck pain, arthritis and generally decreased health. Bouncing on a trampoline is a simple way to make a big leap - energizing your spine, nervous, cardiovascular and lymphatic systems.
Whether on a mini-trampoline or not, try adding pep and high knee kicks to a basic jog-in-place. In this running motion, begin moving your arms in a similar motion. Put some music on and bounce like you’re a kid again. If you’re sure of your balance and spatial surroundings, you can even do some of your morning meditation this way. Some physiologists say bouncing for 8 minutes is as beneficial for the lymphatic and cardiovascular system as running a mile, but without the impact on your knees, ankles, joints and spine. So go for it! You’re bound to enjoy it!
Recommended: Mini Band Trampoline
We've posted a link to Amazon where you can order a mini-trampoline. You can also get them at local Sporting Goods stores or from other online vendors. They're usually around $40. Good luck and happy bouncing.
HELLO!~
I got my mini- tramp for free from Freecycle, each town has a freecycle group and you request and offer your stuff for free. Read the reviews of the mini tramp on Amazon as many had dangerous results with the one advertised with this great article. Nasa recommended rebounding on a tramp as its the only way to empty your lymph system = our bodies garbage can. If you want to be more happy and patient, etc. tramp 5-10 minutes a day. I watch part of a movie and can do about 30 min. It is great stuff! Do it outside in the sun for more benefits.
enjoy every minute,
Emily
