Go Bananas
Show-Stopping Fruit

Don’t overlook the banana. It may be a comical fruit, but bananas pack a nutritional punch—you can scrape the stringy pulp inside the skins to get Vitamin A and balance the metals in your body. Eat bananas to gain weight and to help with irritated bowels. If you suffer from constipation, eat 3 bananas every hour with the contents of one cardamom pod until the bowels move. For diarrhea, eat one banana every 3 hours.
Bananas are a woman’s best friend because they support the nervous system while providing calcium and potassium. Drink this amazing smoothie to take advantage of the beautiful banana: Blend 15 peeled almonds, two cut apples with cores removed, two bananas with white strings, two bell peppers and raw sesame seeds. Make delicious Golden Bananas topped with homemade yogurt for a wonderful healing food. Invite bananas to your banquet…they will be a show stopper!
