A Date With Yourself
Be with the One You Love

As your routine goes by day after day, it's easy to forget that one very important person in your life - You! So why not take yourself out on a date? The plan is simple: pick a day and set aside two hours minimum. (The more the better, of course!)
Make a plan in advance, but as you're planning take the following
steps. Sit down for three minutes and take slow, deep breaths. On the
inhale remember the joyful activities of your childhood. As you exhale
consciously release any fear, anger or stress. Envision all negative
energy leaving your body. After three minutes inhale and hold the
breath, feeling joy permeate your every cell. Choose your activity
without judgment. Anything is allowed, from the Opera to the Amusement
Park. Be spontaneous in your choice, but committed in following
through. When the big day comes, you'll thank yourself for a wonderful
time.
