Feel It First

Then Give Thanks

One of the most powerful success strategies, borrowed from the Bible, science of mind and popular motivational speakers, is the adoption of an "attitude of gratitude." The idea seems simple, and it is, once you get the hang of it. But learning to embrace the practice takes a calm and focused commitment.

It works best when you really believe in your goals in such a way that you feel as though they've already been accomplished. Going inside, close your eyes and observe how good it feels to have already achieved the goal. Top it off by saying, "Thanks." This extra step seems simple, but is absolutely necessary. Saying "Thanks" confirms the feeling within you that it's a done deal and the stability of that shored-up feeling helps actualize the goal.

Put the amazing creative and imaginative power of your mind to use! Confirm your aspirations with feeling and earnest consideration. With commitment, your perspective will shift. You'll begin to perceive the possibilities more clearly and your joys more fully. Stick with it - it works!

Sat Nam, (reverent greetings) I have discovered that the feelings have been the *missing piece* for me in terms of manifesting. If I don't have the "buy in" of the heart - it just won't manifest. It is also important to know that if your goals are not aligned with your soul's journey - it won't happen either - and that is a good thing in the long run ! Go to your HEART - it won't steer you off your path. If you feel JOY in your heart when you visualize - that's a good sign there is an alignment with your soul. Also ... The lost gospel of Thomas said, "When these emotions and thought become one, then when you say to the mountain, move, the mountain will move." This was taken out of the bible long ago - teachings for the power of manifestation. peace and love to ALL, Catalyst Yogi
